And application can vary for machining center, machine equipment manufacturer, mold manufacturer, automobile and aviation industry such as large gear , housing of high speed spindle, high precision bearings, and components of rotary table.
CNC VERTICAL GRINDING MACHINE is more superior than a horizontal one with its convenient and secured loading /unload on workpiece. Since magnetism, instead of a fixture force, secures workpiece on rotary table and therefore prevents from deformation , the requirement on accuracy, concentricity and squareness is achievable for the inner /outer diameter as well as surface finish at one process machining. |
